According to the entry into force on May 25th, 2018 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and cancel the Directive 95/46 / EC (RODO), in accordance with art. 13 (1) and (2), we hereby inform you that:
Emerpol Sp. z o.o., with headquarter in Warsaw, Wał Miedzeszyński 630 street, is the administrator of your personal data.
Your personal data will be processed in order to execute contracts, accept and execute orders, provide services, and comply with our legal obligations, e.g. issuing invoices under Art. 6 par. 1 point b and art. 6 par. 1 point c;
Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve our goals. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the impossibility of realization our mutual goals;
Your personal data are processed in the following scope: name, surname, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, address, company name. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete or limit the processing of personal data, transfer data, objection to their processing.
Your personal data will be shared with other companies only for the purpose of implementing contracts and orders.
The recipients of your personal data will be companies associated with the data controller and processing data on our behalf, including courier, postal and hosting companies.
Your personal data will be processed during the term of the contract and the time when the regulations require us to store data, e.g. tax data, and for the period after which contractual claims will expire.
You have the right to bring a complaint with the competent supervisor - the President of the Office. Personal Data Protection, if it is justified that your personal data is processed by the administrator in breach of the provisions of the GDPR.
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.
The administrator has the right to transfer the personal data necessary to a third country or international organization (Google, Microsoft) that has joined the agreement of the EU-US Privacy Shield in order to achieve the intentional targets. According to the decision of the European Commission, dated July 12th 2016 IP/16/216, the transfer of personal data to entities based in the United States, which joined the above-mentioned agreement, ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data, in accordance with art. 45 GDPR;
